EXPERIENCED. SUCCESSFUL. WORLDWIDE.
CMSQUARE offers customized assistance to its clients during the preparation phase of bid/tender, including drafting of bespoke general conditions and special conditions of contract, review of contract technical documentation for completeness and compatibility with the conditions of contract under the applicable law.
CMSQUARE equally supports contractors preparing bids for complex international projects, including assessing risks in the general and special conditions of contract, bid review for completeness of scope, drafting of clarification questions, contract negotiation and drafting of final clarifications for inclusion in contract documents.
Construction and infrastructure projects are complex and the contractors performance is often below expectations. Chronic disputes with owners/employers, suppliers and subcontractors as well as unexpected outcomes to measures taken during the execution of the works are all indicators of uncontrolled deterioration of the project situation. Poor management of any of these aspects may lead to unnecessary delays, claims and disputes and eventually higher costs.
Project Assessments and Contractual Audits
CMSQUAREs solutions are highly customized to meet the individual needs of its clients by means of assessment and/or audits of project procedures; this allows determining the likely cause of problems, identifying high risk in projects during the bid, planning and execution phase and offering pragmatic advice in order to accentuate managements awareness of these projects.
